2. Check supplier identity, domain email and company registration signals.
3. Ask for datasheet, COO, warranty terms and traceable route.
4. Compare lead time, Incoterms, packing and export document promise.
5. Check if the offered item is current production, surplus, refurbished or alternative.
6. Record all assumptions before PO approval.
7. Do not send payment only based on brand logo or low price.
